Despite the current economic uncertainty of COVID 19, Vancouver’s Real Estate market continues to show up.
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver recently released its monthly market report for the month of June 2020. REBGV report stated that residential home sales in Vancouver reached 2,443 in June 2020. This represent a 17.6 percent increase compared to the 2,077 sales in June 2019 and a 64.5 percent increase from the 1,485 homes sold in May 2020.
